The role is fulltime and focuses on ensuring vehicles are returned to their preaccident condition with quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesColourmix and match vehicle after preparation and scheduling for painting.Build and maintain a colour library.Prep, prime and paint vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following the paint supplier''s process.Buff and denib vehicle.Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.Notate any extra paint work that is not quoted.Report old damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager.Clean work bay and workshop areas.Coach apprentices when required.About YouTrade qualified Spray Painter.Minimum 3 years experience as a trade qualified Spray Painter.Strong commitment to work safely.Excellent communication skills.High attention to detail.Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.Ability to meet strict deadlines.Reliable, punctual and hardworking.Own tools to fulfil the role.What We OfferTeam environment.Ongoing training.Career opportunity.Latest tools, equipment and processes.Competitive remuneration with production bonus.JuniorMid experience: $60$80k.MidSenior experience: $80k$100k.Application NoticeIf you are hardworking, motivated and seeking a career with an industry leader, please apply online.
