Pursuit of acceptance of quotations to repair.Liaising with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with services and facilitiesTo provide a central point of contact for customer serviceVisual Inspection and reporting of damage to hire fleet vehiclesCustomer analysis and rediscoveryAssisting customers to ensure their equipment needs are met and maintainedManage call cycle programQualifications / ExperienceStrong customer service focus and skills with a professional attitude and approachStrong mechanical aptitude or trade qualified would be an advantageBe able to communicate professionally and courteously alwaysHave a good computer skill with a sound grasp of the Microsoft suite of programsHave excellent written and verbal skillsStrong interpersonal skillsExceptional time management skills to prioritise tasksStrong sense of teamwork and work ethicAt United we encourage a flexible and healthy work-life balance for all our employees.
