BMA Villages - Bar/Tavern & Retail Attendant$75,671 + Super14 days on 7 days off, 10 hours per day rotating day/night rosterThis position is drive-in/drive-out or bus-in, bus-out (ex Mackay) and would be ideal for candidates local to the Moranbah and Mackay regionsESS provides a home away from home for people working in remote mining villages. We provide the hospitality solutions to ensure all guests are getting the comforts of home even in isolated locations.ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or "villages" for remote workers, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.The Position:Your role will consist of an array of tasks including but not limited to cleaning, serving alcohol, restocking retail, restocking alcohol, customer service, housekeeping & kitchen work if required.The Person:Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, Bar or similarThe ability to work in extreme remote conditionsTeam player and be flexible to work in all departmentsAbility to always follow safety policies and proceduresBe physically fit and able to work 10-hour daysBe able to pass a Pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol TestCurrent drivers'' license& own transportCurrent RSAThe Benefits:You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
