In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to shape the future of medical education.ResponsibilitiesProvide targeted support and education for GP registrars, guiding them from entry into the program through to fellowship via peer learning sessions, oneonone support, and practice visitsCollaborate with Training Coordinators, Program Support Officers, and external partners to ensure highquality outcomes for registrars and practicesBuild strong relationships with registrars, supervisors, and practices, tailoring support to local needs for optimal training and progressSupport registrars from entry into the program through to fellowship, including facilitating smallgroup peer learning, practice visits and oneonone supportSkills & ExperienceRACGP fellowship (or equivalent) and a passion for medical educationHold current Australian specialist registration in general practice without addendaPossess a relevant medical degree or equivalent qualification, along with a postgraduate qualification in medical education or a related fieldExperience in teaching or mentoring registrars, medical students or peers will be highly valuedExtensive experience in a medical education or training role, preferably within the general practice or primary care settingDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potentialBenefits of Working with UsMaximise your pay salary package up to $15,900 taxfree for living expenses, plus options for meals, entertainment and novated leasesExtra paid leave cultural, ceremonial, gender transition and volunteer leaveWorklife balance flexible hybrid work opportunities nationwideCareer development a commitment to your career development, with a clear capability framework and a contemporary professional development program to build your skillsJoin a leader be part of Australia''s largest specialist medical collegeAbout the RACGPFor more than 60 years, the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners has supported the health system by setting education and practice standards, advocating for GP wellbeing and leading professional development.
