This role sits at the centre of that mission.This is a technical support role for a licensed electrician who enjoys problem-solving and backing others. Most work is office-based, with flexibility built in, plus occasional site visits when handson support makes the difference.What you''ll be doingProvide Tier 2 technical support to electricians and installers via phone and emailSupport commissioning, configuration, and fault resolutionInterpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and standards to guide compliant installsDiagnose electrical faults, system behaviour, firmware, and communicationsAttend site when required to support complex or critical issuesLog and track support cases clearly in CRM systemsWork closely with engineering and product teams on rootcause fixesSupport warranty investigations and corrective actionsStay current with Australian electrical standards and WHS requirementsWhat you must haveUnrestricted Australian Electrical LicenceStrong troubleshooting and faultfinding skillsConfidence reading and explaining electrical documentationClear, calm communication styleComfort using software tools and support platformsNice to have, not requiredExperience in technical support, service, or commissioning rolesExposure to energy systems, industrial work, or smart equipmentAdditional training or certifications beyond core licensingYou do not need solar or battery experience.
