We have two vacancies available (1 for day shift & 1 for night shift) for a duration of approximately 4 months. Please note, this is a clean-shaven site.This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career with a dynamic and growing company, who boast a great and different culture " Be Like No Other".The Role:Coaching SIMPEC workers and leadership to excel in their approach to all aspects of health, safety, and environmental managementCompile monthly HSE reports.Investigating and determining the root causes of incidents, hazards and other unsafe conditions on the job siteGovernance activities and coaching to champion SIMPEC''s Critical Risk Management GuidelinesAuditing compliance against SIMPEC''s integrated management systemsAssessment and control of operational risks and hazardsConducting inductions and other HSE related trainingAbout You:Minimum of Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety2+ years'' experience in a HSE role within construction & mining (experience in a processing plant is highly regarded)Strong understanding of HSE Legislations and compliance requirementsDemonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail and work well under pressure.ICAM, Taproot, Auditing, Training & Assessing qualifications not essential, but all highly regardedIf this sounds like you then apply now, we would love to hear from you!At SIMPEC we recognise that we are strengthened by diversity and pride ourselves on leading positively as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
