Details CCC0432NorthbridgeLevel 5, $105,167 - $114,938, CCC Industrial Agreement 2013Closing Date: 2026-03-24 4:00 PM Responsibilities As an Inspection and Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Manager Inspection and Compliance to audit and inspect controlled operations and border search area activities conducted by the WA Police Force, the Commission, and other law enforcement agencies. You will plan and prepare inspections, analyse records under the Criminal Investigation (Covert Powers) Act 2012, Misuse of Drugs Act 1981, and provide meaningful feedback to agencies to help ensure compliance with legislation and proper exercise of powers. You will contribute to high-quality reporting, maintain strict confidentiality, and help shape ongoing improvements to policies, processes and documentation relating to covert powers and border search areas. You will also work with the Manager Inspection and Compliance to manage the oversight of controlled operations and integrity testing programs conducted by the Commission under the Corruption Crime and Misconduct Act 2003. The role may participate in the conduction, oversight, inspection, and compliance reporting of specified agencies pursuant to any other WA legislation, and if required, be responsible for the management of other projects and tasks.
