Supporting nationalscale operations, the organization plays a crucial role in delivering secure, highperforming and reliable datacenter services to enterprise and government clients.Key duties and responsibilitiesProvide technical support and installations in a highavailability datacenter environmentBreakfix support, hardware replacement, structured cabling, and managing installations while maintaining adherence to SLAs and internal policiesEffective delivery of technical support and installations, including breakfix tasks involving hardware, network, cabling and rack deploymentsProvide 24x7 site coverage for Oracle OCI datacenter sites as part of a regional standby rotation and shift scheduleInstall, replace and troubleshoot cables and hardware in accordance with OCI standards and change management rulesWork within a ticketbased environment, prioritising queues, resolving escalations and clearing blocking issues to enable continued technician activities in line with SLAsConduct system boardlevel repair and fault diagnosis to meet SLA requirementsUse provided tools to perform accurate and timely internal reportingPlan and commission new rack positions and assist in the design and commissioning of new whitespace areasCollaborate closely with technical and nontechnical teams (e.g., Networking, Compute, Compliance, Business Operations)Understand internal customer problems and provide timely and effective technical solutionsWork as part of a multidisciplinary team with a collaborative and solutionoriented approachJoining Akkodis BenefitsWeekly or monthly payNo payrolling processing feesUpskilling opportunities and training discountsAssociate gathering eventsAkkodis SME meetups and information sessionsEAP support programDedicated accountmanagement support teamContactTalented, committed, cando individuals have always been the cornerstone of this dynamic organization.
