As part of our Strategic Growth Plan and Queensland expansion, we''re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mining Account Manager QLD to help grow our footprint and deepen relationships across key Queensland mining regions.Position OverviewYou will own and grow a portfolio of client accounts for Alfabs Mining with a specific focus on building our Queensland presence. The role blends relationship management with new business development, ensuring best-in-class service while expanding market share. Success looks like a healthy pipeline, satisfied clients, and consistent delivery against revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer service and account management for allocated clients; act as primary point of contact to resolve issues and escalate promptly when needed.Drive Queensland market growth: open doors, build networks, develop local partnerships, and convert new opportunities aligned to our QLD expansion roadmap.Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Product, Operations) to deliver "Quality on Time" outcomes.Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline and projection reports; track key metrics (quarterly results, annual forecasts) and recommend course-corrections.Maintain strong product knowledge across the hire fleet and technical specs, matching client needs to the right solutions.Provide commercial support on proposals, variations, claims and contract amendments.Champion Alfabs'' safety, quality and continuous-improvement standards in every client interaction.Skills & ExperienceRelevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Sales or related field; current driver''s licence.Experience in the underground mining industry (or similar) is desirable.Proven success in account management / customer service with a track record of winning and growing accounts.Strength in communication, negotiation, analysis and problem-solving; commercially pragmatic and solutions-focused.Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.Deep understanding of the coal mining industry and related equipment is highly regarded.Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail.Comfortable with regular travel to client sites and operations across QLD.Why Alfabs Mining?Competitive salary and benefits package.Direct impact on a growth market as part of an ASX-listed group.A supportive, innovative and high-performance culture committed to safety, quality and operational excellence.Career development with exposure to major clients and projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
