You will guide performance, uplift capability and strengthen the processes and governance that underpin accurate billing and ethical, compliant debt recovery. Your leadership will directly support our longterm vision of Thriving Communities 2030.About the roleThe Manager, Billing & Collections Operations provides strategic and operational oversight to ensure accurate billing across all communities and effective, compliant management of outstanding debt.
