As a Program Manager, you will collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers, as well as identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction. You will identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.Key Job ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence other teams across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes.Basic Qualifications3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceBachelor''s degreeKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)Preferred Qualifications3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience3+ years of leading large complex programs experienceKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLAcknowledgement of CountryIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
