The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a professional services firm.It would help to have 3-6 years'' experience in a similar role in accounting, law, banking, corporate communications or in a specific B2B brand marketing role. We offer a high level of autonomy, working with the management team in a comfortable environment.What will the role look like?Play a role in the creation of annual marketing plans and quarterly initiatives. This process will include researching client activity, then reporting and reviewing our marketing initiatives.To become AME''s brand custodian and work with the management team to review and adapt our brand visuals and key messages to suit individual audience segments.Take responsibility for building AME''s collaborative partnership with our clients and teams to support growth.Devise key messages and build brand collateral to match AME''s evolving audience focus and market reach.Support business development by mapping customer segments and journeys (with client/sales teams) and developing clear channel strategies.Develop a clear content strategy, to develop, edit and distribute daily/weekly/quarterly content tracking and reviewing success in order to refine and improve customer awareness and acquisition outcomes.Execute your work on our websites, EDMs, socials, newsletters, brochures, and published reports. This will include earned and bought channels for speaker/conference opportunities and media.Ensure an effective creation, approval, and distribution plan is set up and maintained.Run AME''s reporting processes and make recommendations for change and improvements.To be effective, you will also:Drive our marketing culture that balances bravery and experimentation in execution and channel.Managing our brand reputation and the nature of our core business products (data and analytics).Be able to identify and qualify key priorities and manage capacity to support high value opportunities.Prepare structured presentations, reports and detailed client proposals.Demonstrate developing personal knowledge about climate change, energy and commodities.Qualifications:Good knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics with formal qualifications and experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. It would really help to have a second Asian language skill.Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Experience in B2B roles or clients, with a preference for nurturing campaigns that support new business.Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Because we need to build collaboration with our various teams, this role will require a full-time in-office work requirement in Sydney CBD.
