Do you want to work in an environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged?The RoleThe ideal Sport Talent Coordinator is a highlymotivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious individual, able to think on their feet and excels in a fastpaced environment. Candidates should have some work or intern experience working directly with talent and influencers through an agency, brand or other type of media company.Candidates need to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and understand the communication needs of individual clients. Candidates must be comfortable being the point of contact for talent and clients. On top of that, the ideal candidate must have extraordinary organisational skills, multitasking skills and remain detailoriented at all times.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Sport Talent Manager across a portfolio of leading Australian athletes, such as Mia Gross, Josh Mansour and Pat LipinskiWork closely with athletes to execute campaigns, scheduling deadlines, content and reportingSupport talent at events and photoshoots (be great at capturing BTS content)Get involved in creative brainstorms to develop creative conceptsManage the relationship between the athletes and leading clientsHelp develop and grow the sports division by scouting new talent, clients and opportunitiesProvide constant attention and support to the talent and their developmentStay informed on latest trends revolving around YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and other new media platformsIdentify inbound opportunities across multiple clientsAssist with clientfacing duties, including business procurement, as well as fostering ongoing business relationships and negotiating service agreementsWork closely with Amplify''s production and partnership teams to create and build talentled opportunitiesStay across emerging trends and translate them into engaging talent content.Support athletes with content creation from ideation to shooting and editing.3>QualificationsExpert knowledge of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok from a business and consumer perspectiveExperience with direct management of clients, brands or influencersTalent management or influencer marketing experience/work experienceBachelor''s Degree or equivalent industry experienceAbility to balance and maintain budgetsExtensive understanding of new media platforms from a business and consumer perspectiveIncredible communication skills, both oral and writtenSuperb teamwork and team management skillsExtreme discretion; ability to handle confidential informationOutstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with Slack, Monday and Google Docs is a bonusAbility to work flexible hoursAbility to travelReside in SydneyHave a valid Australian Drivers licenceSeniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFulltimeJob FunctionMarketing, Public Relations, and Writing/EditingIndustriesEntertainment #J-18808-Ljbffr
