You''ll own the relationships, the pipeline and the hustle - cultivating new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.You''ll be the main point of contact for clients, working closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver standout creator-led campaigns. You''ll move fast, think smart and push for the big picture while nailing every detail.If you love social culture, thrive in fast-moving environments and are fuelled by achieving (and smashing) targets - this is your role.Responsibilities:Drive and execute a national strategy for influencer-led campaigns and partnerships.Source, pitch and close financial sponsorship for media and content opportunities.Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline and CRMMeet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectivesBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, agencies and creatorsIdentify new media and content commercial opportunities.Manage and grow client relationships.Work with our production team to build out creative opportunities for brandsLead full client acquisition processes including contract negotiation with a focus on net new revenueMaintain strong knowledge of industry trends that impact clientsParticipate in weekly sales meetings and internal sales processesTake a proactive approach to sourcing and pitching potential clientsFocus on product differentiation and value positioning in marketWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to pioneer new business initiativesBring a strong growth mindset to actively drive business expansionRequirements:Strong knowledge of social and influencer marketingProven experience in sales, partnerships, media or digital marketing - with demonstrated deal-closing skillsEstablished relationships with media agencies and brands across AustraliaExceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and in presentation settingsHighly organised with the ability to juggle priorities and manage multiple projectsA proactive, self-directed operator who thrives with autonomyStrong commercial acumen and confidence working with budgets and revenue targetsExperience in a fast-paced creative, media or entertainment environmentTeam player with a positive energy and collaborative mindsetExperience using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion (or willingness to learn quickly)Willingness to travel for work and attend eventsLife at AmplifyAt Amplify, work is anything but ordinary.
