We have a range of shifts available and a culture of highlevel empathy and compassion for our residents.What you will doHolistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representativesDevelopment and evaluation of individualised resident care plansSupervise and support Personal Care WorkersClinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication managementLiaison with medical and allied health care staffProvision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsPositive resident experience through residentfirst approachWho are you and what will you bring?Registration with the AHPRA as a registered/enrolled nurse is essentialMinimum 2 years experience in providing clinical careDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsHold and maintain NDIS Worker Checks as per NDIS Act 2013 (or willing to obtain)2 doses of Covid vaccineBe passionate about delivering a personcentred approach to careEmployment detailsEmployment type: PermanentHours: Fulltime 76 hours per fortnightSalary Range: $70,000 to $95,000 + Super + NFP salary packaging + allowances #J-18808-Ljbffr
