Reporting to the Business Manager at our Wonthaggi office, you will collaborate with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. The role is dynamic, inclusive, and rewarding.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure employment opportunities with local employers.Support participants in developing skills to become job-ready.Deliver quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance standards.Enhance employability through training and support referrals.Create personalized job plans for employment pathways.Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community groups.Ideal CandidateWe seek driven, solution-focused individuals with empathy and compassion for those with disabilities, injuries, or employment barriers. Excellent communication, adaptability, and a proactive attitude are essential. Candidates from backgrounds in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration are encouraged to apply.
