This role focuses on selling high-value advisory, consulting, and agentic AI solutions including Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, and Resource Augmentation. You will build and manage relationships with senior decision makers, position our capabilities with clarity and confidence, and drive new business opportunities that align with client needs and strategic priorities.The Difference You''ll MakeIn this role you will play a key part in expanding our footprint across superannuation, insurance, banking, and adjacent industries. Your efforts will directly help clients adopt secure, responsible, and outcome-driven agentic AI solutions. By connecting organisations with the right mix of advisory expertise, architecture leadership, and engineering capability, you will accelerate transformation programs and support the successful adoption of modern Data & AI platforms across the FSI sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end sales cycles for AI agentic solutions, advisory services, and consulting engagementsBuild, nurture, and expand relationships with senior stakeholders across FSI and key industry verticalsDevelop and manage a qualified pipeline with clear forecasting, prioritisation, and revenue accountabilitySell consulting offerings across Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, and Resource AugmentationIdentify client challenges and position value propositions aligned to their strategic needs and transformation goalsLead client discovery sessions, capability presentations, solution positioning, and proposal developmentCollaborate with consulting, architecture, and engineering teams to shape high-quality statements of workMaintain strong awareness of industry trends, regulatory drivers (APRA/CPS in FSI), and market shifts in AI and digital transformationRepresent the company at industry events, roundtables, and executive briefingsDrive account growth with existing customers through cross-sell and up-sell opportunitiesEnsure customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and feedback loopsContribute to building reusable sales assets, case studies, and sector-specific positioning materialsRequired Skills and CompetenciesProven experience selling advisory and consulting services within FSI or other major industry verticalsStrong relationships with senior leaders, decision-makers, and buyers across banking, insurance, or superannuationExperience selling solutions in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, and Digital TransformationUnderstanding of agentic AI, RAG systems, platform modernisation, cloud adoption, and enterprise data platformsStrong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to structure complex engagementsAbility to run long and short sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and governance checkpointsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex offeringsAbility to collaborate with technical teams to shape value-driven client proposalsHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and customer focusQualifications and Experience5+ years'' experience in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting-led sales rolesPrior experience in FSI sales and adjacent verticalsExperience selling AI products or consulting and engineering services is a definite plusEstablished network and proven access to senior executives in FSI is essentialBackground in consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services is desirableWhat We OfferFlexible engagement options: full-time or fractionalCompetitive compensation, commissions, and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to sell cutting-edge agentic AI and enterprise consulting solutionsSupport from a global consulting and engineering teamHigh autonomy with clear growth pathways into senior commercial leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
