For more information visit www.artspayfoundation.org.ArtsPay Advisory CommitteeThe Advisory Committee supports the CoFounders and Directors in strengthening ArtsPay''s strategy, growth and governance as the organisation transitions from an earlystage startup to a mature, purposeled enterprise. Committee Members contribute their expertise across multiple domains, collaborate on crossfunctional initiatives and play a key role in shaping the company''s future governance structures. Members are not Directors and have no regulatory responsibilities. All members will be asked to comply with the ArtsPay Charter of Roles and Responsibilities, covering matters related to good governance. Onboarding sessions will be provided to all new members before moving to regular monthly (online or inperson) meetings.
