Clerks@Gadens is the program through which we attract Graduate talent within the firm. We know that Law students and Graduates are the future of our firm and the legal profession. Clerks will have the opportunity to get to know our people, our clients and our practice teams during the program, participating in a range of work and activities designed to give you insight into private practice. Working with us, you will immediately receive challenging and varied work with a high level of responsibility. Clerks@Gadens enables Clerks to work in two practice areas, for four weeks, giving you insight into different parts of the Firm.Practice areas include:Banking and FinanceCorporate (including Tax Advisory)Disputes and InvestigationsIntellectual Property and TechnologyReal Estate and ConstructionWorkplace Advisory and DisputesSpending time in different practice areas means you have the opportunity to make an informed decision about your Graduate role. Our practical on-the-job training, as well as working directly with partners will ensure you develop a broad set of skills which you can carry with you throughout your career.Training and developmentThroughout the program we will invest in you and provide comprehensive support to ensure each practice rotation is a success. You will teamup with a dedicated mentor who will work closely with you to develop your technical skills, allocate work and provide ongoing feedback.You will attend multiple training sessions, led by partners and senior lawyers, so that you are continually learning and developing. You will learn more about our firm, culture and how we support the wider community.
