With operations across Australia, Asia, UK and the Middle East, our studios believe in the power of regenerative design to shape communities and rebuild natural environments.Commercial TeamThe ASPECT Commercial team forms a part of the global Hub Group (think Finance, Marketing, IT, People & Capability, and our global Executive leaders) together with project finance experts, the Commercial team provides targeted operational management and support to nine (9) studios across over five (5) legal jurisdictions.The RoleReporting to the Group Operations Manager, this role provides critical support to studios in their delivery of operational excellence and safety standards. You will primarily interface with local Studio Managers, Directors and design leaders in support of their Quality, Safety and Environment processes (ISO certification), as well as compliance reporting and client / subconsultant contract management.As the primary point of contact for studios requiring Integrated Management System (IMS), safety, and compliance support, you will maintain a birdseyeview of studio operations, and changing legislative / compliance requirements.Coordinating monthly calendar of audit / compliance activities, preparing agendas and minuting meetings as required.Disseminating key information / actions to studios, following up and tracking outcomes.Delivering IMS inductions, onboarding, and training programs as required.Supporting internal / external audit processes, assisting in preparing and closing out corrective actions.Periodic reporting on project and business performance, as it relates to ISO 9001 quality and ISO 45001 safety.Working through closeout of open contracts with studio / contract managers.Liaising with external legal counsel in the management of contract reviews.Assisting in development and review of internal policies, procedures, and resources.Support leadership in implementing safety initiatives and promoting safety culture.Research we''re always on the lookout for new legislation, changing best practice and the latest in industry news and trends.As we collaborate with teams across five global regions, our team works flexibly to accommodate different time zones when necessary. You''ll contribute 35 years of professional experience in compliance, safety, or contract management roles ideally from projectbased environments such as design, architecture, construction, mining, engineering or similar.Formal qualifications in WHS, Environmental Management, Training & Assessment or similar are desirable but not strictly required.
