Specialising in standalone cleaning and security services or a tailored integrated solution, Assetlink supports businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care, and mining sectors.Work HoursMonday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM this role requires Full Working Rights in Australia.The RoleAs the Cleaning Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of our cleaning team, turning curious visitors into loyal customers while supervising and leading a team dedicated to providing awardwinning retail customer service. You will be part of the Assetlink team with a key focus on developing a highperforming cleaning team, efficiently managing all daytoday cleaning operations, including staff training, cleaning service delivery tracking, rostering, auditing, and many other operational requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage a cleaning team.Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel, including mentoring and training.Lead and inspire team members to deliver superior guest experiences.Perform administrative functions such as incident reporting and assisting with staff rosters.Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements.Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client.Understand the client''s security, environmental and safety requirements.Follow Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.Respond to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries.QualificationsMinimum 12 years'' experience in retail or commercial cleaning.Previous experience managing a team.Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery.Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.Ability to give direction and instruction to people.Ability to multitask, be flexible, and work under pressure.Consistent attention to detail.Availability to work weekends.What We Offer YouReward and recognition incentives.Ongoing training and development.A safe and supportive working environment.Career development opportunities.A familyoriented culture.Uniform provided.Take your career on a journey with Assetlink and ''Apply Now''.Assetlink''s Diversity CommitmentAssetlink is committed to maintaining, growing and supporting our diverse and inclusive culture by seeking and promoting diversity within each of our work sites.
