See our commitments here.The In-Store Visual Merchandiser MissionAs the ultimate brand & product experience gatekeeper in our Global Flagship, you will elevate the A&M brand and product experience in line with our core values & mission.How You''ll Drive SuccessInspire and test the visual experience of merchandising through creative display and styling, in-line with brand directionPartnering with our Area Management and Merchandising teams to drive consistency and commercial success across our storesResponsible for strategic visual merchandising execution of the store, while thinking about the elevation to our overall customer experience, to ensure the customer is at the heart of all VM decisions in storeCollaborate with the in-store management team to plan and coordinate displaysPartner and collaborate with our VM team to keep our VM in line with our brand mission and storyAssist in the installation of new windows and conceptsAnalyse sales data to make informed display decisions and optimise product placementMonitor inventory levels and track deliveries for incoming key performing productsNurture and develop unforgettable experiences with our customers and your team through leading by example, observation and in-moment coachingBeing a team player and contributing to the success of the store ensuring you live by our core values and mission What You''ll Need To ThriveA values champion and brand ambassador, our values must resonate deeply with youResults driven and proactive in researching our competitorsVM experience in a flagship/passion for customer experience and visual merchandising, with proven experience in creating compelling and innovative displays in storeYou radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around youStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with teams at all levelsYou''re always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have The Interview Process And Candidate ExperienceLife Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core valuesSWOT Task - you''ll present a SWOT analysis of the store you''re applying to and a competitor store and share this with our Global Flagship Store Manager and Visual Merchandising Manager in-personIn-Store Experience Interview - a chance for you to experience life as an In-Store Visual Merchandiser in an A&M store with our Global Flagship Store Manager Feedback: We''re committed to creating the best candidate experience we can for you.
