Future growth opportunities include class actions arising from privacy and security breaches as well as complex cross jurisdictional litigation with a strong tech focus.RoleAs a Senior Associate you will play a crucial role supporting our Partners and clients as they navigate litigation and regulatory investigations arising from:Technology contract breachesCyber breachesPrivacy complainants and disputesConsumer law breachesNegligence claimsInsurance claims (cyber and financial lines)Other related digital law, technology, media and fintech disputesYou do not need to have experience in cyber and privacy disputes to be successful in this hiring process, just a genuine interest in learning what we do, ambition to develop your career within it, a love of working with great people in a fast paced and collegiate environment and solid litigation skills in:Professional indemnityCommercial litigationTechnology and regulatory disputesIn-house technology litigationYou will develop core skills and experience at a much faster rate compared to traditional practice areas.
