With operations spanning primary processing, further processing, and cold storage, ACC is undergoing a period of significant transformation focused on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.We are seeking a Business Analyst Processing to support our Primary Processing, Further Processing, and Cold Stores operations at our Cannon Hill facility. This strategically important role provides critical financial and operational insight to support decisionmaking, performance improvement, and longterm value creation.About the RoleReporting to the Group Manager Sustainability and Analytics, you will partner closely with operations leaders and the finance team to deliver timely, accurate analysis and reporting. You will develop a deep understanding of ACC''s processing operations and translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive measurable and sustainable improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational performance across primary processing, further processing, cold stores, procurement, and site operationsDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical toolsProvide datadriven insights to identify cost, revenue, productivity, and process improvement opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives through robust financial and operational analysisAttend operations and KPI review meetings, presenting insights to Production Managers and General ManagersPrepare quarterly performance reports and presentations for senior leadershipPartner with finance to analyse periodic financial reports and support the annual budgeting processSpend time on the production floor to develop an indepth understanding of processes and operational driversContribute to a highperforming, collaborative team culture aligned with ACC valuesSystems, Technology & ImprovementMaximise the use of existing systems and analytical toolsIdentify opportunities for automation, integration, and efficiency improvementsSupport implementation of new systems and technologies as requiredHealth, Safety, Quality & ComplianceLead by example in promoting a strong safety, wellbeing, and environmental cultureComply with all WHS, legislative, policy, and accreditation requirementsMaintain accurate records to support audits and compliance obligationsAbout YouQualifications & ExperienceTertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar (essential)Postgraduate qualifications (CA / CPA / CFA) desirableExperience in analytics, advisory, consulting, or operational finance roles (desirable)Exposure to meat processing, agribusiness, or manufacturing environments highly regardedSkills & AttributesStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilityAdvanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and large data setsHigh level of Microsoft Office and systems literacyExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence operational stakeholdersEnergetic, proactive, and solutionsfocused with a continuous improvement mindsetWelldeveloped planning, prioritisation, and time management skillsComfortable working in a dynamic, matrixstyle environmentWhy Join Australian Country Choice?At ACC, our people are at the centre of our success.
