This role is ideal for WHS professionals who are passionate about creating safer workplaces and equipping learners with practical, compliance-driven skills.You''ll facilitate engaging online learning experiences, mentor students, and assess competency in line with national WHS standards. You''ll also help learners connect theory to practice by sharing industry insights and real-world safety scenarios.Please note: Successful candidates will be engaged as independent contractors and must have their own ABN or ACN.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality training and assessment for Certificate IV in Accounting and BookkeepingCoach and mentor students through online platforms, tutorials, and workshopsApply adult learning principles to create inclusive and engaging learning environmentsTranslate learning materials into practical, real-life scenariosProvide academic support and feedback to learners across varied experience levelsEnsure compliance with RTO policies, AQF, AQTF, and national standardsCollaborate with AIM teams to enhance course delivery and learner outcomesAbout YouMinimum five years'' experience in VET training and assessmentCurrent Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentRelevant VET qualification in Accounting and BookkeepingProven ability to lead, coach, and mentor adult learnersStrong communication, presentation, and customer service skillsExperience delivering training to domestic students in online formatsAbility to manage time independently and present professionallyFamiliarity with virtual learning platforms and LMS toolsPassionate about vocational education and continuous learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
