In this handson role, you''ll execute campaigns, manage creative assets and track performance to make a tangible impact.What You''ll DoExecute daytoday marketing campaigns across digital channels (paid media, social media and email).Maintain and update website content to ensure a seamless member experience.Support acquisition and retention communications in marketing campaigns.Coordinate campaign rollout with internal teams and external agencies.Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.Stay on top of market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to inform campaigns.What We''re Looking For23 years'' experience in marketing and a readiness to take the next step into a specialist position, ideally within financial services or a similar sector.Handson experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish.Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media and social content.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and website CMS platforms.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.Detailoriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of projects.BenefitsNovated Leasing options4 weeks paid parental + purchased leave optionReferral reward programEmployee assistance programService awardsWhy UsAustralian Military Bank forms an integral part of the wider Defence community.
