This role will see you manage the design and consultancy process, drive project delivery excellence, and maintain full accountability for time, cost, and quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate design and consultancy teams through all project phases, from concept to completionOversee the design and construction process to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standardsManage client relationships and project communication to ensure alignment and satisfactionDevelop and implement project strategies that reflect both commercial objectives and design integrityDeliver accurate financial management and reporting across all project stagesIdentify and mitigate risks across design and construction phasesOversee contract administration and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standardsSkills & Experience Required:Minimum 5 years'' experience in Project Management within D&C commercial or industrial projectsProven background managing end to end delivery of complex buildsStrong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and safety practicesDemonstrated ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and maintain trusted stakeholder relationshipsStrategic thinker with sound commercial acumen and excellent problem solving skillsResults driven mindset with a focus on quality and client satisfaction$160k-$200k + Super + Vehicle or Vehicle AllowanceWork with an established builder renowned for integrity and quality with 80% of work coming from repeat businessLong term relationships and negotiated projects, no constant tender churnGenuine career growth within a supportive and respectful team environmentSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject ManagementIndustriesConstruction and Building Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
