Job TitleStores / Repair Coordinator BAE Systems AustraliaAbout The OpportunityWe have two fulltime, permanent opportunities for Stores / Repair Coordinators to join our Advanced Manufacturing Service Centre team at Edinburgh Parks, SA. If you have experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or administration, this is your chance to play a key role in supporting a project and ensuring operational milestones are met. Flexible work options are available, including a 9day fortnight.Key ResponsibilitiesReceipt and dispatch of repairable items and components both physically and in our stock control systems.Monitor and report on the turnaround times of repairable assets against agreed service level targets.Coordinate with Service Centre Team Leaders and Technicians to ensure data integrity in stock control systems.Manage nonconformances and carry out cycle counts for auditors.Support engineering and maintenance teams by enabling annual equipment maintenance and calibration plans.About YouExperience in planned maintenance, repair, logistics, or stores operations.Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn company/customer platforms.Meticulous data entry and record keeping.Adaptability to new initiatives and changing conditions.Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.Familiarity with stock control systems (Desirable).Forklift licence or walkiestacker training (Desirable).NV1 security clearance or eligibility to obtain.ClearancesAs a Defence role, applicants must be Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearances.About UsBAE Systems recognises the sacrifices of those who have served our Nation and their families.
