Responsibilities Conduct night audits, manage cash handling, and execute end-of-day procedures with accuracy. Monitor safety and security, respond to incidents calmly, and coordinate with hotel operations as needed. Provide guest services during night shifts, including late check-ins and assisting guests. Support day shift handover by communicating issues and ensuring a smooth transition. Qualifications Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations preferred. Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and guest service skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
