Overview Roller Mill Operator (Stationary Plant Operator) Permanent, full-time position at Thompson & Redwood (2001) Pty Ltd Role and Location Location: 100 Morley Road, Bullsbrook WA 6084 Salary Salary: $77,000 - $85,000 p/a plus Super Summary Thompson & Redwood is a Western Australian-owned manufacturer specialising in premium animal nutrition products, including equine and livestock feed. With expanding production facilities in Bullsbrook, we are seeking an experienced Mill Operator to join the production team. Responsibilities Operating automated batching, grinding and pelletising systems Monitoring control panels and adjusting production parameters to meet batch specifications Ensuring accurate ingredient proportions and production quality standards Conducting routine plant inspections and troubleshooting minor operational faults Recording production data and maintaining compliance documentation Coordinating plant start-up and shutdown procedures Working collaboratively with maintenance and quality assurance teams This role requires a strong understanding of industrial processing equipment and safe plant operation practices.
