Keep Moving provides assistive technology equipment solutions to hospitals, primary health care clinics, aged care facilities, disability, and rehabilitation sectors, and individuals requiring assistive technology and support.About YouAs Keep Moving continues with our exciting period of growth, our team must grow to support this. As a result, we are looking for additional technicians.We need you to bring your experience from similar service roles. Youre someone that loves a fast-paced environment, youre able to adapt quickly, manage workloads and meet deadlines. Ideally, you will have some form of trade qualification. You will love mentoring and training others. You will be highly regarded if you have a mechanical, electrical or plumbing background. And with our equipment, you can keep your hands clean!You will get the opportunity to service a wide range of equipment such as beds, operating tables, hoists and lifters, mobility scooters, and complex wheelchairs.You must be able to work in Australia with no restrictions and resident in the Darwin area. We will consider immigration sponsorship for the right person. Willingness to travel to remote communities a bonus.Required Licenses and Compliance ChecksCurrent National Criminal records check (or willingness to obtain)Current Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)DutiesService and repair all mobility equipment in the field and workshop.Submit readable and comprehensive job sheets.Prioritise and complete work so that Keep Moving meets its contractual agreements and delivers customer service excellence.Liaise with Customers, Service Coordinators, Technicians, and other internal departments to get the best outcomes for our customersPropose solutions to improve the customer experience and make Keep Moving Servicing more efficient and effectiveMaintain your Service vehicle in good condition, ensuring it is well stocked with parts and consumables.Other duties within the Service team as required.Ability to work independently and as part of team.A friendly, proactive, and professional personality with a desire to listen, understand and assist with client needsCurrent driver''s licenseWhats in it for YouA permanent full time, Monday to Friday role.Opportunity for overtime and on-call.Professional and supportive team environment.Tools of the trade.Great job satisfactionWhat we are looking forAn expert of their craft with 2+ year experience in a similar roleSomeone with exceptional attention to detail, withAble to think Strategically, (beyond just the here and now) Keep Moving is growing, and we need you to help us navigate our way through different complexities as we continue to scale, previous experience in a high growth company would be advantageousYou think and act as We, not Me.We believe together is better.
