The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing shift operations of the venue, leading staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high service standards across bar, gaming and floor operations.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational awareness and the ability to manage a busy licensed venue.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily club operations including bar and gaming areasLead and support staff during service periodsEnsure RSA & RCG compliance at all timesMonitor patron behaviour and professionally de-escalate situationsManage cash handling, POS systems and end-of-shift reconciliationsMaintain WHS standards and venue presentationComplete incident reporting and communicate with senior managementCoordinate staff breaks and shift flowSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role within a licensed venueStrong knowledge of hospitality operationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsConfident in conflict resolution and patron managementAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and compliance standardsGaming Managers Licence (or willing to obtain)Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidaysHow to ApplyClick Apply Now or email your resume and cover letter to:Be careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
