About our Team Corporate Communications works alongside business units within the Department of Communities to provide specialist communication, digital and media support to reach a wide range of stakeholders. We manage corporate and internal communications to showcase the Departments achievements and engage our people in our Strategic Direction. Talent Register purpose This talent register will be used to fill a number of short-term vacancies (up to 12 months) across Corporate Communications. Location and Benefits These positions are based at our Walyalup Campus (Fremantle) located within Walyalup Koort. Its a fantastic location, close to the Fremantle Markets, various cafes and eateries, car parks and the Fremantle train station. Working at an alternative Communities office location across the state may be considered for short-term opportunities. Coordinates the development, implementation, operation and maintenance of the Department''s websites and expands the use of web-related technologies. Supports the development and implementation of internal and external communication and/or corporate events and sponsorships strategies. Collaborates with multiple internal and external key stakeholders. Supports the development and implementation of proactive and reactive media strategies. Liaises with journalists and Ministerial offices. Manages the development and implementation of internal and external communications and/or corporate events and sponsorship strategies.
