In this role, youll tackle both planned and breakdown maintenance, support apprentices and team members, document processes, and help drive continuous improvement. This is a permanent fulltime position based at our Proserpine Mill, follows a yearround daywork roster and may require some weekend work and overtime. Your Role in Action Keep Us Moving: Deliver safe, timely maintenance and capital works while supporting asset assessment, budgeting, and cost control. Leading on the Job: Provide leadership, onthejob training, performance guidance, and ongoing feedback to apprentices and trainees. HandsOn Maintenance: Support preventative and breakdown maintenance through faultfinding, repairs, equipment installation, and team assistance. Clear & Compliant: Complete work orders, permits, reports, and contribute to the development and review of operational procedures. Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively to conduct inspections, identify improvements, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement. Your Winning Combination Were looking for someone with a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade and a manual drivers licence. Tickets such as Dogger, Basic Rigger, Pressure welding and/or TIG experience, EWP, and Forklift are a strong advantage. Dont have all of these yet?
