Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.About the RoleAs a Security Technician, you will provide technical support, maintenance, fault resolution, and small project works for Honeywell security systems across the EGRP facility. This hands-on, diverse role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, autonomy, and working within a secure, high-performance environment.Location: On-site at the Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison (EGRP) in Kalgoorlie, WA.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day to day service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party security equipmentDiagnose and repair faults on security head-end systemsConfigure software for EBI (security modules only), DVM, ECAS, CCTV, IP IntercomsProvide exceptional technical support and customer service to onsite clientsMaintain accurate site documentation and quality assurance recordsParticipate in small to medium security installation projects, including subcontractor coordinationEnsure all work is completed safely, professionally, and within contract requirementsAssist with audits, inspections, and compliance reportingSupport after-hours callout roster when requiredWhat Were Looking ForSecurity Installer LicenceStrong experience in electronic security systemsProven fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesCommitment to safety and complianceExperience with Honeywell security platformsPrevious work in secure, critical, or government environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive remuneration packageRelocation assistance for candidates relocating within AustraliaAccess to Honeywell training pathwaysStable, full-time employment with a trusted global brandAll tools, equipment, and uniforms providedSupportive and collaborative team environmentLocationThis role is based on-site at the Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison (EGRP) in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
