Position Overview The successful candidates will be responsible for the fabrication, welding, installation, maintenance, and repair of metal components and structures in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role may require working across different sites around Adelaide with a range of clients. Key Duties Fabrication and assembly of metal components, including: selection and preparation of metal stockcutting and shaping metal componentsassembling fabricated metal parts Welding using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick processes to join metal sections Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Maintenance and repair of equipment and structures Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements Salary & Employment Conditions Annual salary $92,000-$112,000 plus SuperMinimum 38 hours per week; Day shift and Afternoon Shift roles available Qualifications & Experience Required Applicants must meet the following criteria: Qualifications - AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)Work experience At least one years work experience as a metal fabricator or related field Skills & Attributes Strong welding and fabrication skillsAbility to work from drawings and specificationsHigh attention to detail and workmanshipStrong commitment to safety and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and punctual If you are ready to apply, please click apply now and upload your most up to date resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
