OverviewWaypoints is on the lookout for an experienced and hands-on Manager to lead our busy, community-loved Caf and upcoming Kiosk in Dwellingup.This is an all-rounder leadership role for someone who thrives on running a smooth, happy venue. Connected with Dwellingup Adventures, our Caf sits at the heart of local tourism and outdoor activity. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves great coffee and food, and knows how to build a positive, high-performing team culture.About the PositionWaypoints is a bake-off Bakery Caf (there are no bakers on site, so there is no requirement for experience in Bakery / Patisserie positions to be considered for this role).
