About the RoleYou will manage residential property sales from appraisal through to settlement, supported by established systems, marketing and administration. You will not be left to figure things out alone we provide practical guidance, mentoring and day-to-day support while you build your pipeline, profile and referral network.This role suits someone who wants a genuine career in real estate and understands that success is built over time through relationships and service, not simply transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct property appraisals and listing presentationsCoordinate marketing campaigns and open homesCommunicate with buyers and vendorsNegotiate offers and contractsProvide regular feedback to clientsManage campaigns through to settlementBuild referral relationships within the communityAbout YouStrong communication and organisational skillsProfessional presentation and reliabilityComfortable speaking with people and building rapportCurrent driver''s licence and reliable vehicleHolds, or is willing to obtain, a Property Representative LicenceAustralian work authorisationMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience requiredPrevious real estate experience is welcomed but not essential. Applicants from customer service, banking, hospitality or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.RemunerationThis position is remunerated by a recoverable retainer (draw against commission) plus commission.The retainer provides consistent income support while you establish listings and pipeline and is offset against commissions earned.
