Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Construction Estimator & Project Administrator to support our Architect and broader construction team. This is a handson, fastpaced role suited to someone with strong estimating capability and a solid understanding of construction costing and project processes. Key Responsibilities Assisting the Architect with cost estimation, take-offs, and project budgeting Preparing and reviewing project estimates, variations, and cost reports Raising and processing purchase orders and job cost allocations Monitoring project costs to ensure works remain within budget Ordering materials and tracking supplier pricing and deliveries Coordinating with trades and suppliers to obtain pricing and timelines Supporting project administration and documentation as required About You Previous experience in construction estimating or project coordination Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and trade scopes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Confident communicator with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams Proficient with estimating software and job management systems What We Offer Stable full-time opportunity Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to diverse and ongoing construction projects Career progression within a growing organisation About Us Established in 1978, the Northeast Auto Group is a national awardwinning automotive retail and service organisation employing 600 people in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Northern Territory.
