OverviewPearl Flight Centre, a subsidiary of the Paspaley Pearling Group, is expanding and seeking a full-time (and casual) FBO Operations Officer to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. As the Northern Territorys premier Fixed Base Operator (FBO), we provide professional ground handling services to a diverse range of aircraft, from high-capacity turboprops to luxury business jets. Our clients include private, charter, military, medical, general aviation, and commercial operators, both scheduled and ad-hoc. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic aviation environment supporting diverse aircraft operations while delivering exceptional service to flight crews and passengers. We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys being part of a supportive team and takes pride in delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced aviation environment.
