With corporate operations in West Perth and exploration and mining activities in the Northern Territory, the Company is committed to responsible development, strong community partnerships, and strong ESG and sustainability performance.We are seeking a Social Impact & Approvals Advisor to support social performance programs, stakeholder engagement, and approvals processes associated with the Companys operations in the Tennant Creek region.This is a residential role based in Tennant Creek. FIFO arrangements are not available, and relocation assistance is not provided. Locally based candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.The RoleReporting to the Social Impact Manager and Chief Sustainability Officer, you will support the delivery of social impact programs, regulatory approvals, ESG reporting, and community engagement activities associated with exploration and mining operations.The role involves working with Traditional Owners, Aboriginal organisations, government regulators, and internal teams to support responsible land access, regulatory compliance, and positive social outcomes for local communities.Some work outside standard business hours may be required to support community engagement meetings and events.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of community and social impact initiatives in the Tennant Creek regionAssist with preparation and administration of approvals documentation and regulatory reportingSupport management of land access arrangements including Aboriginal land, Native Title, pastoral leases, and Crown landContribute to social impact assessments, inspections, and investigationsAssist with development and implementation of social performance policies, procedures, and monitoring systemsSupport initiatives that promote local employment and workforce participationAssist with local industry engagement and participation initiativesParticipate in stakeholder and community engagement activities including meetings, forums, and eventsContribute to ESG and sustainability reportingSupport identification and management of social impact risks and compliance obligationsQualifications and Experience3+ years experience in social performance, community engagement, ESG, sustainability, approvals, or related rolesExperience working with diverse stakeholders including communities, regulators, and industry partnersStrong written communication and reporting skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)PreferredExperience in the mining, resources, or infrastructure sectorsExperience working in regional or remote environmentsExperience working with Traditional Owner groups, Native Title parties, or Aboriginal organisationsFamiliarity with Northern Territory regulatory frameworks for exploration or mining activitiesPersonal AttributesCommitment to responsible resource development and positive community outcomesCollaborative and culturally aware approach to stakeholder engagementStrong organisation and problem-solving skillsHigh levels of integrity and professionalismHow to ApplySubmit your resume and a brief cover letter (Word or PDF) outlining your suitability for the role.
