OverviewESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, including mining and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in isolated terrains, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.The Position Cleaning SupervisorOversee and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across both village accommodation and mine site cleaning.ResponsibilitiesDeliver pre-start meetings and facilitate training sessions with a team of 30+ staffManage workforce planning, including rosters, timesheets, and task allocationConduct quality inspections to maintain high service standardsMonitor inventory levels and manage ordering of cleaning suppliesEnsuring full compliance with Site Safety Protocols inline with both Company and Client Safety Standards, as well as communicating effectively with site management and address client needs promptlyThe PersonExperience in mining, or large-scale commercial cleaning and housekeepingExcellent communication and professional presentationProven leadership, effective decisionmaking, strong organisational skills, and high attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)The Benefits8:6 Roster, Including 4 weeks annual leave per annum.
