As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager within TQEHs Mental Health Rehabilitation Service, youll support the Nurse Consultant (NC) and Team Manager (TM) in leading a dedicated nursing team, fostering a safe, connected, and recovery-focused environment that empowers both staff and consumers. You bring advanced clinical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to recovery-focused, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team environment. Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide and support others Demonstrated experience coordinating care for consumers with complex mental health needs Skilled in fostering teamwork, driving positive change, and developing staff potential If youre passionate about making a difference in mental health rehabilitation, wed love to hear from you!
