OverviewAbout the Karri Karrak Aboriginal Corporation: The Karri Karrak Aboriginal Corporation is the Regional Corporation established under the South West Native Title Settlement to represent the native title rights and interests of the Wardandi, Bibulmun/Piblemen and Kaneang People of the South West Boojarah region. The region encompasses towns including Busselton, Capel, Margaret River, Witchcliffe, Augusta, Windy Harbour, Northcliffe, Pemberton, Manjimup, Bridgetown and Nannup. While a core function of the Corporation is to oversee the implementation of the Settlement, the Karri Karrak Aboriginal Corporation exists to empower the Noongar people by protecting and nurturing our culture, our communities, and our land. We do this to ensure a thriving, self-determined future for generations to come.Location and HoursLocation: Based in Vasse with ad hoc travel required throughout the Karri Karrak region.Hours: Full-time, office-based.The OpportunityThe role is based in Vasse and is critical to ensuring the effective coordination of day-to-day office activities, operational efficiency and high-level administrative support across the Corporation.Manage day-to-day office operations (incl. facilities, supplies, reception)Providing executive support including answering phones, managing email inboxes, calendar management, meetings, and document preparation.Maintaining corporate registers, document control, compliance records, and supporting governance processesAssist with invoicing, purchase orders, and expense processing (incl. credit card reconciliation)Provide administrative support to management and project teams, as required.Providing exceptional customer service to our members and external partners (incl. industry stakeholders, Local Government Authorities, State Government Departments).Be a welcoming, friendly, approachable first point of contact for the Corporations members.About YouYou describe yourself as a creative, critical thinker who is achievement and goal oriented, and able to think outside the square.
