Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Job Description Key Duties: Provision of quality education and care to meet the individual and group needs of all children Planning and implementation of a vibrant, interesting and developmentally appropriate curriculum including observations and reflections Ensure that the philosophy, policies and procedures of the Service are upheld and implemented to meet relevant requirements Creating and maintaining collaborative and respectful partnerships with children, families, colleagues and all stakeholders Contribution to a safe, clean and positive work environment Contribution to the centres Quality Improvement Plan Skills/knowledge required: Detailed knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework Detailed knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework including the Law, Regulations and National Quality Standards Must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, with experience leading a variety of age groups including a kindy environment.
