Role We have an immediate opportunity for a casual Grader Operator at one of our site services projects for a Client near Port Hedland. You''ll join a close-knit, culturally diverse team on a labour-hire arrangement with the Client. Whilst casual on commencement, you may be considered for any permanent opportunities that arise. This role is FIFO from Perth working a 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off roster (alternatively this may suit a Port Hedland local to DIDO). About You / Responsibilities Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Grader machine operation in a mining environment with a safety first mindset and be capable in effectively managing Client relationships. You will have: Experience with maintenance grading of haul roads in high traffic areas Ensuring design camber and drainage are maintained Cutting in new drainage Forming new intersections within a team environment Working knowledge and strong adherence to mine and Client safety procedures and regulations essential Current valid HR Driver''s License Ability to listen and follow instructions from Client leadership. MRL Inducted (preferred, but not essential) Able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen. Why Join Buru?
