Security - Security and First Aid Team MemberTamworth, UKJob DescriptionPosted Monday 2 March 2026 at 01:00Job SummaryThis role plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. To prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and abiding to current health & safety legislation. The Security & First Aid Officer will be responsible for monitoring activities, responding to incidents, and implementing safety protocols.DutiesReport directly to the Security & First Aid Manager/Duty Security ManagerGeneral Patrolling and Security of the siteResponding to incidents throughout our public bars and function roomsResponding to First Aid calls when required or to ensure adequate provisions for the first aid room.Responding to any intruder/fire alarm activationsFilling out incident report formsBooking in & out of delivery vehicles and ContractorsTo operate and respond to any issues with the Automatic car parking barrier system.To understand and abide by all departmental policies and procedures.ExperienceSecurity Industry Authority Door Supervisors LicenceEmergency First Aid at Work (minimum)Experience of working in a high customer-orientated/service delivery environmentIT skills (ability to work with reporting software)Proven experience in a security role or similar position is preferred.Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation, is essential.Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and first aid certification are advantageous.Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration.Candidates who possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment are encouraged to apply for this vital role within our organisation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
