We work closely with mining companies, contractors and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes and maximise Indigenous participation and opportunities.The RoleThe Operations Administrator will work closely with the Operations Manager to provide support across freight operations, procurement, asset coordination, HR administration and facility management. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBooking freight consignments and coordinate transport requirementsCreate and manage job cardsPrepare quotes and support invoicing processesMaintain accurate freight and job recordsGenerate reports and assist with system administrationProcurement & Purchasing SupportAssist with procurement of goods and services, including issuing RFQsPrepare and issue purchase ordersMonitor and track procurement activities and deliveriesMaintain supplier documentation, delivery note and filingData & Document ManagementMaintain databases and ensure records are accurate and accessibleCompile information for reports, dashboards, and presentationsHuman Resource AdministrationMaintain HR system (HR Brite), forms and registersSupport onboarding administration and employee documentationAssist with timesheets and mobilisations / induction requirementsAsset & Maintenance CoordinationMaintain registers and inventory for plant, equipment, vehicles and toolsCoordinator servicing, repairs and maintenance with suppliers and vendorsSupport scheduling of plant and asset maintenanceFacility & Accommodation AdministrationManage accommodation bookings and maintain accurate registersLiaise with occupants regarding accommodation matters and enquiriesCo-ordinate cleaning, maintenance and repairs to a high standardAbout YouWe are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.
