Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Registry including ensuring the accurate entry, storage and provision of data, assisting with forward planning of court listings and oversight of registry procedures. Provide general information to court users on the practice and procedures within all Divisions of the Magistrates Court. Supervise the use of the information systems within the registries, including training, application of system standards, reporting, user support, and application of legislative changes. Undertake special projects involving research, evaluation and formulation of information and provide administrative support as required.Desirable QualificationsPost-secondary or tertiary level qualifications in administration or management.Pre-employment ChecksThe Head of State Service has determined that the person nominated for this vacancy is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.
