Pharmacy Assistant (Dispensary Assistant) We are seeking an honest, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our pharmacy team as a Dispensary Assistant. The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, a positive work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist in dispensing prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner. Support the pharmacist in delivering pharmacy services. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the dispensary. Provide customers with complete solutions, including recommending beneficial add-on products where appropriate. Maintain efficient workflow with strong time management skills. Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures in accordance with QCPP Standard Operating Procedures. Assist customers with over-the-counter medications and general pharmacy enquiries. Serve front-of-shop customers and operate the till when required. Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional manner with customers and team members. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the business. Show a passion for retail pharmacy and customer care.
